Today is June 19th and that can only mean one thing: it’s iPhone 3G S day. We’ve been checking in with New York City this morning to check out the queues and crowds outside Apple’s 5th Avenue flagship store.
The lines may be less impressive than in previous years, but that’s because many people pre-ordering for home delivery. Apple has switched their tactics for 2009, changing back to allowing individual iTunes activation at home rather than demanding buyers stop by an Apple or AT&T store.
